Crap. So much for that 2 posts per week goal. Its been a busy month indeed with the NZBio conference, attending events and meetings, lab work, PhD deadlines, travel to organise, grants, applications and papers to write……………..But of course that’s not a good enough excuse in this day and age. I am actually just putting the final touches on a couple of posts relating to the NZBio conference held earlier this month in the form of brief notes from seminars I attended. As expected there was constant referral to the economic climate which did tease out some great talks surrounding investment. So stay tuned.
While being M.I.A. I have had a small achievement. I have recently got accepted (and sponsored) into the ‘Stanford Graduate School of Business Summer Institute of Entrepreneurship’. Basically a 4 week summer school programme for graduate students in non-business fields to ‘learn analytical and practical business skills critical to launching a successful venture’. So expect some interesting posts from Silicon Valley in June/ July.
